- It is recommended ground transportation to be booked with Choose Yafy as well. This way our team can ensure you board the aircraft on time, eliminating any difficulties on finding your way to the landing field yourself.
- According to the Greek legislation, helicopters fly only in daylight hours (sunrise to sunset). Consequently, all sunset flights are performed as close as possible to the exact sunset time of each day.
- All aircrafts takeoff and land from/at their base only.
- Your arrival at the landing field should be set no less than 10min prior to scheduled takeoff.
100% Refund
- Cancellations 8 days prior to the flight date
- Cancellations by Choose Yafy and/or operator
- Cancellations due to weather conditions or unexpected restrictions issued by the Greek authorities – unless the customer wishes to reschedule.
30% Refund
- Cancellations 7 days to 3 days prior to the flight date.
No refund
- Cancellations 2 days (48hrs) prior to the flight date
- Non-shows
- Unwillingness to board
- Once a flight has departed and the customer wishes to either cancel the flight or return earlier to the aircraft’s departure point, no refund can be claimed.
- Late reservations (when booked within 48hrs prior to the flight time)
Non-compliance to agreed schedule
- In case the customer arrives not more than 5-6min late for the flight booked, the actual flight time will be shorter according to the delay minutes, and non-refundable.
- The operator is authorized to refuse performance of the flight booked, if the customer delay disrupts the timings of the flights scheduled next. Under such circumstances, the reservation is treated as a non-show and therefore the customer is not eligible for a refund.
